Hot Disk- Transient Plane Source (TPS) Thermal Conductivity method and application web seminar

In light of the restriction of customer visits due to the pandemic of Covid-19, TechMax is planning to host a Virtual Conference / Webinar to allow both our existing and potential customers in the territory of South East Asia to receive the up-to-date information from Hot Disk. The webinar will be held online on the 8th of July, 2020 using the Webex platform, starting at 15:00 Taiwan Local Time.

This time we are honored to invite Hot Disk CEO and president of R&D, Dr. Mattias Gustavsson, to give a lecture on the thermal conductivity measurements using the Hot Disk method & instruments. The lecture will take 45 minutes and cover a general introduction of the Transient Plane Source (TPS) technique as well as the latest developments from Hot Disk. Dr. Mattias Gustavsson will also shed light on the topic of interesting applications including below.

1. High thermal conductivity testing graphene, graphite composites
2. Anisotropic thermal conductivity / thermal diffusivity of Li-ion batteries
3. Low thermal conductivity testing of building materials…etc.
